Job Description:

This role is responsible for the implementation of Value Propositions with senior customers within the NHS in both the acute and community sector. Your customers will include specialist nurses who manage bladder conditions and lead local pathways, procurement, medicines managers and those who are responsible for budgets and decision making at ICS, PCN and local levels. This role reports directly to the Chief Sales Officer and you will work closely with the Regional Business Manager and Clinical Managers to understand local demands and to shape the Clinisupplies value proposition across product, support and clinical provision to secure patient pathways. This is a critical role for the continued growth of Clinisupplies and to help shape how our organisation can support our NHS customers to provide the best care and products to their patients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyse current sales data and other relevant information in order to create an effective and detailed operational business plan designed to grow and exceed sales targets
  • Creating opportunities for the sales team to execute on collecting device portfolio whilst taking a leading role with ISC projects
  • Develop and effectively implement tailored value propositions for medicines management and procurement that benefits customers, patients and Clinisupplies
  • Identify key stakeholders influential in developing policy, guidelines, clinical and health economic advice for clinicians
  • Lead cross functional working with Regional Business Managers, Clinical Managers and Marketing to tailor local propositions
  • Develop local and national KOL’s within region
  • Understand and interpret the monthly sales report and supporting sales analysis
  • Work collaboratively to assist colleagues when needed for example with regional training, roll-outs etc
  • Take ownership for your own development and career aspirations by ensuring performance objectives and development needs are identified and proactively addressed

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable track record of repeatedly meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills with experience of developing and motivating high-performing teams
  • The ability to motivate others through effective feedback, listening skills and written/oral communications
  • Excellent analytical and judgement skills
  • A genuine interest and passion for sales with a focus on achieving high standards and targets
  • Thorough understanding of both secondary and primary care within the NHS, and the changing face of the NHS
  • Ability to function at all levels of the NHS, as well as within a sales team environment
  • Experience of working collaboratively with people at all levels across the organisation
  • Good IT skills with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills that embody our culture of passion, respect, ambition and positive attitude

Nice to have:

Previous experience in the Med-Tech environment is desirable
