You’ll play a key role at the heart of our Indirect Commercial team, helping shape how we deliver commercial success across Vodafone’s Indirect Channel. Working closely with Sales and partner teams, you’ll turn strategy into action—driving performance, strengthening partnerships, and contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ideas can make a real impact.
Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of the tactical commercial roadmap for key partner accounts, including pricing, promotions, and performance initiatives
Analyse trading performance and KPIs, turning data into meaningful insights that inform decisions and drive growth
Help shape and negotiate new commercial agreements, supporting delivery of business plans and contracts
Collaborate with Sales and wider teams to define commercial priorities and execute targeted initiatives
Support partner relationships, providing day-to-day commercial guidance and building strong, trusted connections
Contribute to onboarding new partners, creating tailored commercial offers to support acquisition
Help grow non-mobile products across the Indirect Channel, encouraging adoption among key accounts and ISPs
Work in a high-energy team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering results while supporting one another
Requirements:
You bring experience in the telecoms industry, ideally with exposure to B2B environments
You have strong commercial awareness, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and clear recommendations
You’re confident influencing stakeholders, both directly and through collaboration across matrix or virtual teams
You build strong relationships and can manage a range of stakeholders effectively
You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve and ambiguity is part of the role
You’re proactive, curious, and motivated to drive performance and continuous improvement
You bring energy, accountability, and a collaborative mindset to everything you do
