The purpose of the Logistics & Device Lifecycle Commercial Manager is to manage the commercial performance of products (Returns, Trade In, Repairs, Deliveries, etc.) as well as driving a roadmap of improvements in contract terms, pricing, product performance, processes, and partner negotiations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the commercial performance of products (Returns, Trade In, Repairs, Deliveries, etc.)
Drive a roadmap of improvements in contract terms, pricing, product performance, processes, and partner negotiations
Support with budget and forecasting processes, including planning cycles and updating monthly forecasts with actual performance data
Partner with Finance to review and analyse P&L performance, ensuring alignment on key financial outcomes
Continuously assess risks and opportunities, tracking progress against commercial targets and KPIs
Develop commercial business cases for new initiatives, including end‑to‑end financial forecasting
Deliver insightful performance reporting, including analysis of commercial drivers, DLM product performance, insight packs, and P&L reviews
Drive the commercial performance of DLM products (Logistics, Trade‑In, and Refurbished devices) ensuring delivery against KPIs and budget targets
Build effective sales and disposition strategies across multiple vendors and channels, including e‑commerce, nearly‑new propositions, and wholesale auctions
Provide strategic commercial recommendations, monitoring and influencing commercial impacts from proposition changes, and shaping processes and governance to ensure marketing plans are commercially robust
Requirements:
Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to build clear, compelling and insight‑driven slides
Robust commercial and financial acumen, able to interpret data, influence decisions and drive strong commercial outcomes
Proven experience managing vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring effective collaboration, performance and commercial alignment
Experienced in forecasting and budgeting, with the ability to manage financial cycles, track performance and support strategic planning
