Reporting to the IKEA Food Manager, you will be responsible in overseeing the Restaurant, Bistro, and Swedish Food Market as a strong communication mix to strengthen IKEA’s home furnishing business market position in the local market.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the Restaurant, Bistro, and Swedish Food Market as a strong communication mix to strengthen IKEA’s home furnishing business market position in the local market
Accountable for the restaurant, Bistro, and SFM revenue and customer satisfaction goals
Responsible for the efficient organization of the business area relation to finance performance i.e. gross profit, cost, hours planning, productivity levels, absence management and holiday planning to agreed service levels
Oversea areas such as food preparation and the cash registry in ensuring adherence to the guidelines stipulated in IKEA Concept Documentation and IKEA Safety & Security Risk Manual
Ensure a safe working environment for co-workers and customers in accordance with all local health and safety regulations and HACCP standards
Select, recruit and develop co-workers in accordance with the IKEA values
An active contributor in achieving the IFB standards set in the operational commercial review
Being cooperative in assisting in other job and operations-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Background in the retail business
At least two years of food service management experience in a high volume business
Strong knowledge of the food service industry
Proven leadership capabilities
Customer-focused
Highly analytical
Can multi-task in a high volume and fast-paced retail environment
