Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Estate Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales & marketing, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs or performance expectations
Preferably, candidates with experience in e-commerce, car rental, digital payment platforms, loyalty programs, or other customer engagement channels, with a passion for bringing new and innovative ideas to capture market share
3-5 years of sales experience in the car park industry is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process data into clear, actionable business and statistical reports

Nice to have:
