We're looking for a confident and experienced Commercial Manager to join our dynamic UK team.. In this key role, you'll drive commercial strategy and lead contractual negotiations across a range of innovative space projects, working with leading players in the sector.
Job Responsibility:
Shaping commercial strategies and advising key stakeholders
Leading contract negotiations and managing commercial agreements
Building relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
Overseeing the commercial lifecycle of proposals and projects
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and risk assessments
Managing contractual records and correspondence
Requirements:
Degree in business, management, or a related field
5+ years' experience in commercial, contracts, or business development roles
Background in aerospace, defence, telecoms, or other high-tech sectors
Experience working with government and institutional clients (e.g. ESA, MOD, NASA)
Skilled negotiator with strong commercial awareness and communication abilities
Knowledge of the space industry and UK/ESA government contract frameworks (e.g. DEFCONs, GCCs)
