Job Description:

Become the Commercial Manager of a rapidly expanding international services company and take the sales team of 25 to the next level, making use of the Group's excellent brand name and great expertise. Our client is a rapidly growing international services company offering a wide range of bespoke solutions. They stand out by delivering broader services with superior quality. For their Hungarian operation, they are seeking a Commercial Manager to elevate the company’s commercial activities to the next level.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic planning: Develop and implement the company’s business strategy for sales and fleet growth, aiming to achieve adequate profitability (ROA) on long-term leases. Regularly review and update the strategy in light of market trends and competitor activity
  • Continuously review pricing policies to ensure alignment with current trends and support growth objectives
  • Coordinate effective collaboration across different sales areas. Oversee the continuous monitoring and updating of policies, approval levels, and incentive systems
  • Business Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers. Foster effective business partnerships to advance company interests. Improve customer retention by ensuring a high renewal rate of expiring contracts. Monitor and enhance overall customer satisfaction
  • Track financial performance and take corrective action when necessary
  • Performance evaluation and improvement: Regularly assess business results and recommend improvements
  • Effective use of CRM and ERP systems: Ensure optimal use of CRM and ERP systems to support sales operations. Continuously monitor and evaluate new features, enhancements, and process improvements

Requirements:

  • Relevant university degree or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience in fleet management (company with 3,000+ vehicles)
  • Minimum 5 years in a management role in sales or marketing
  • Professional experience in a multinational corporate environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Agile mindset
  • Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • High level of business acumen and market awareness
  • Change management skills, flexibility, and adaptability to market dynamics
  • In-depth knowledge of fleet management systems
