Our client is a rapidly growing international services company offering a wide range of bespoke solutions. They stand out by delivering broader services with superior quality. For their Hungarian operation, they are seeking a Commercial Manager to elevate the company’s commercial activities to the next level.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic planning: Develop and implement the company’s business strategy for sales and fleet growth, aiming to achieve adequate profitability (ROA) on long-term leases. Regularly review and update the strategy in light of market trends and competitor activity
Continuously review pricing policies to ensure alignment with current trends and support growth objectives
Coordinate effective collaboration across different sales areas. Oversee the continuous monitoring and updating of policies, approval levels, and incentive systems
Business Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers. Foster effective business partnerships to advance company interests. Improve customer retention by ensuring a high renewal rate of expiring contracts. Monitor and enhance overall customer satisfaction
Track financial performance and take corrective action when necessary
Performance evaluation and improvement: Regularly assess business results and recommend improvements
Effective use of CRM and ERP systems: Ensure optimal use of CRM and ERP systems to support sales operations. Continuously monitor and evaluate new features, enhancements, and process improvements
Requirements:
Relevant university degree or equivalent
3–5 years of experience in fleet management (company with 3,000+ vehicles)
Minimum 5 years in a management role in sales or marketing
Professional experience in a multinational corporate environment
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Agile mindset
Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies
High level of business acumen and market awareness
Change management skills, flexibility, and adaptability to market dynamics
In-depth knowledge of fleet management systems
