As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prospect and identify new opportunities to expand market demand, strengthen brand presence, and boost profitability
  • Monitor territory performance, ensuring proper coverage, sequence, and frequency of customer visits to achieve sales targets
  • Act as a consultant to commercial and cross-functional teams, supporting projects and client needs
  • Define and implement commercial strategies to meet sales goals, aligned with the strategic plan for the product portfolio
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and government/private sector partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields
  • Previous experience in commercial roles, desirable across the veterinary industry
  • Fluent English
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • Solid knowledge of B2B sales logistics
  • Proficiency with IT tools and CRM platforms
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking, problem‑solving ability, and a proactive approach
