Job Responsibility:
Lead the division’s commercial strategy and portfolio strategy aligned to the Group’s goals and strategic plans
Lead and build Supplier relationships
Drive performance in all Portfolios optimize pricing, trade terms, and profitability in all channels
Drive innovation and go-to-market excellence across multiple channels
Create and oversee integrated marketing communications ensuring consistency and ROI
Build strong customer partnerships and deliver category leadership with On Trade and Modern Trade customers
Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams to achieve ambitious goals
Requirements:
Post-graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
10 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership including P&L ownership
Proven success in portfolio strategy, pricing, and trade execution
Strong analytical, financial, and leadership skills
Strong track record managing cross-functional teams, and customer relationships at senior levels
