Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the division’s commercial strategy and portfolio strategy aligned to the Group’s goals and strategic plans
  • Lead and build Supplier relationships
  • Drive performance in all Portfolios optimize pricing, trade terms, and profitability in all channels
  • Drive innovation and go-to-market excellence across multiple channels
  • Create and oversee integrated marketing communications ensuring consistency and ROI
  • Build strong customer partnerships and deliver category leadership with On Trade and Modern Trade customers
  • Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams to achieve ambitious goals

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
  • 10 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership including P&L ownership
  • Proven success in portfolio strategy, pricing, and trade execution
  • Strong analytical, financial, and leadership skills
  • Strong track record managing cross-functional teams, and customer relationships at senior levels
