Job Description:

The Commercial Marketing Manager for Intake is responsible for executing communication plans to drive both customer outcomes and business outcomes within the financial envelope for T-Mobile US. This role is critical to the efficient management of our Customer Communications workflow. Requires competency across marketing strategy, consumer and competitive insights, business management, financial acumen, change & innovation, relationship building & influencing, go-to-market planning and cross-functional execution.

Job Responsibility:

Execute weekly, quarterly, and annual customer communications planning
Assist with the development and implementation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly communications plans for the Postpaid portfolio
Responsible for finding opportunities to adjust plans based, business performance and customer experience / pain points
Assists with the management of quarterly business performance including results, preparing contingencies and development iterations of the plan in a competitive environment
Develop marketing communication materials for senior leadership sharing a customer-centric story

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
4-7 years Marketing experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods.
Strong communications skills by presentation, written and verbal methods
Experience in defining and driving go-to-market strategies.
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
