At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Manager in Training (MIT) to join our team for an 18-month rotational program. This unique opportunity will give you hands-on experience across the Sales and Marketing department, allowing you to develop a broad understanding of the hotel’s commercial operations while contributing to business growth and guest engagement.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the commercial, marketing, and events teams in day-to-day operations
  • Assist with client inquiries, account management, proposals, and contracts
  • Contribute to marketing and PR initiatives, including campaigns, content creation, and media relations
  • Help coordinate events, from planning to execution, ensuring high standards and smooth operations
  • Support reporting, administrative tasks, and data management to optimize team efficiency
  • Gain practical experience in multiple commercial functions while learning from experienced managers

Requirements

  • Recent graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for hospitality and commercial operations
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English
  • proficiency in Greek is an advantage
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
