As the Commercial Manager for the Environmental portfolio, you will be responsible for defining and executing portfolio and commercial growth strategies across key segments including water, wastewater, mining, and environmental consulting. This is a senior leadership position where you will manage a multidisciplinary team across sales and product management. You will be the architect of the portfolio's revenue growth, ensuring that internal and external teams from marketing to technical support collaborate seamlessly to deliver differentiated customer value.
Job Responsibility:
Define and execute portfolio strategies to drive market share gain in priority sectors and achieve key financial targets
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales and product management professionals
Foster a culture of collaboration across marketing, technical service, and support teams to enhance the customer value proposition

Oversee total revenue growth for the portfolio while contributing to the broader strategic success of the global organisation
Requirements:
Strong business insight and experience within the environmental sector or similar portfolio is preferred
A proven track record in driving business growth through the implementation of robust sales and portfolio strategies
Extensive experience in building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams to deliver against rigorous objectives
The ability to operate successfully in a high-performance environment, with experience in a global matrix organisation seen as a distinct advantage
A trusted communicator with high integrity and the ability to negotiate and influence successfully at all levels
A results-driven commercial leader who can navigate change and manage conflict with professional standards
