Job Responsibility:
Lead the Plan & Order Point together with your team, driving business growth and creating a simple, inspiring and seamless customer experience
Put the customer at the centre by turning their needs into clear commercial actions and results
Grow and develop your team, building a positive, collaborative environment where people can perform and grow
Work closely with other teams to share ideas, improve ways of working and strengthen overall performance
Requirements:
Experience in commercial roles and in leading teams in customer-facing environments
A strong customer and business mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and turn them into results
Ability to use data and insights to make decisions and improve performance
Positive leadership and strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and develop people
