Ensure the correct implementation of the store Commercial Calendar and activity plan, monitor performance and share insights with key stakeholders to maximize the impact of commercial initiatives
Work closely with the commercial team to secure an inspiring and engaging store experience across all customer touchpoints, encouraging customers to visit more frequently and interact with the brand
Define and implement the store add-on strategy, supporting cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and ensuring strong collaboration across store functions involved in commercial execution
Contribute to the development and execution of customer engagement initiatives, supporting the acquisition and activation of loyalty program members and enhancing customer value through targeted activities and benefits
Monitor key commercial KPIs and customer feedback to quickly identify opportunities or risks, adapting actions accordingly and contributing to sustainability priorities within the store offering
Requirements:
Good knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to identify add-on, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to meet customer needs
Strong understanding of how commercial activities, planning tools and KPIs support sales performance and customer engagement
Experience working with data and customer insights to monitor performance and support decision-making in a fast-changing retail environment
Strong communication skills in Italian and English, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for developing people and improving the customer experience
