Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to provide servicing activities for commercial products, coordinate customer service issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with various teams to progress customer-focused needs.

Job Responsibility:

Provide servicing activities for low to moderately complex commercial products
Coordinate all aspects of resolving open customer service issues and interact with internal and external customers
Provide customer service, loan and regulatory diligence and ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record
Serve as primary liaison and work collaboratively with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and various Operations and company teams
Review and negotiate basic loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, and devise strategies to mitigate risks
Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues
Provide guidance and training to peers

Requirements:

2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
University Masters/Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
Strong knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word
Good English Oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, and document interpretation skills
Knowledge in Commercial Mortgage Servicing
Flexibility towards work on different processes/assignments
Working with teams and be an active participant
Ability to set priorities, plan and organize work
Demonstrates/maintains professional conduct under all circumstances
Ability to conduct process trainings as when required
Ability to work independently and generate MIS reports for the process
Takes ownership for the responsibilities
Motivates himself and the team in achieving team goals
Good understanding of risk and compliance

Nice to have:

Flexible with the shift timings (6:30pm - 3:30am)
Knowledge in Commercial Mortgage Servicing
