Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist

• Provide servicing activities for low to moderately complex commercial products including Loan Trading and Assignment Execution
• Coordinate all aspects of resolving open customer service issues and interact with internal and external customers
• Provide customer service, loan and regulatory diligence and ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record
• Serve as primary liaison and work collaboratively with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and various Operations and company teams
• Review and negotiate basic loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, and devise strategies to mitigate risks
• Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues
• Provide guidance and training to peers

2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Loan IQ experience
• Loan Trade Support experience
