Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist as part of Commercial Banking Operations to provide servicing activities for commercial products, coordinate customer service issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with various teams.

Job Responsibility:

Provide servicing activities for low to moderately complex commercial products
Coordinate all aspects of resolving open customer service issues and interact with internal and external customers
Provide customer service, loan and regulatory diligence and ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record
Serve as primary liaison and work collaboratively with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and various Operations and company teams
Review and negotiate basic loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, and devise strategies to mitigate risks
Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues
Provide guidance and training to peers

Requirements:

2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Exposure to asset-based lending or factoring
Experience with A/R and A/P processing
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
Experience working with international clients
Risk management experience
Good analytical, research, and trouble-shooting skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Sound organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team environment
Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
Ability to quickly learn new systems

Nice to have:

Exposure to asset-based lending or factoring
