Experience in commodity finance (Pre Export Financing (PXF), Prepayment and Borrowing Based Financing (BBF) product) will be preferred
Strong understanding of corporate lending products
Experience in structured finance, counterparty risk management, and legal documentation is huge plus
Prior experience in product management and development roles in a bank or FinTech will be useful

Job Responsibility

Develop and commercialize new trade & working capital lending products and services that meet the needs of the bank's customers
Product specialist across traditional trade and working capital loan products with direct responsibility for Asia market
Conduct market research, analyze competitor offerings and identify product gaps
Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations around Sustainability and Commodity Finance themes
Provide structuring and product expertise on complex trade finance transactions on case-by-case basis
Develop product requirements and specifications to provide the business case for investment spend
Work with sales, engineering, risk and marketing teams to develop and execute product and platform commercialization plans
Monitor and manage product performance and customer success for new and existing trade finance products
Drive and contribute towards capital optimization and risk distribution initiatives
