A community bank in Denver, Colorado is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to join their team. The bank services a range of credit sizes, with the average falling between $1 and $3 million. The role involves hands-on participation in credit analysis and the loan presentation process. Job Responsibility:

Manage and grow an inherited portfolio of approx. $50 million
Achieve 5% to 10% growth annually through loan and deposit generation
Participate in credit analysis and the loan presentation process

Requirements:

At least five years of commercial lending experience
Background in C&I, CRE, small business, and SBA is a plus
Strong in bringing in deposits
Trained and prepared to do own credit analysis
