Job Description:

Our client is a regional bank group that is expanding their Morgan County, Indiana presence. They are actively looking for a seasoned Commercial Loan Officer. The commercial lending team works in a very collaborative environment and they provide credit support locally. This position is focused on companies with annual sales in the $2 – $30 million range and credits in the $2 – $3 million range on average.

Job Responsibility:

Take over an existing portfolio
Spend about 30% of time in new business development
Work in a collaborative commercial lending environment

Requirements:

Seasoned experience as a Commercial Loan Officer
Experience working with companies with annual sales in the $2 – $30 million range
Experience managing credits in the $2 – $3 million range on average
Experience in new business development
