We are seeking a talented and dedicated Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly reputable and growing Leeds-based team. This role offers exposure to a varied and high-quality caseload of complex disputes, with particular emphasis on professional negligence, financial litigation (including pensions), and substantial corporate litigation. At the same time, the role provides a healthy breadth of work, making it an excellent opportunity for those in the earlier stages of their litigation career. You will handle matters both independently and as part of a collaborative team, providing strategic advice to clients and working closely with senior partners to develop innovative and practical legal solutions. Requirements

  • Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 0–3 years’ PQE
  • Strong understanding of litigation processes and relevant legal frameworks
  • Excellent communicator with strong client management skills
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive in legal research and case development
  • Confident, commercially minded, and unafraid to challenge ideas or think differently
  • Common sense and interpersonal skills to build positive client relationships
