Job Description:

An outstanding opportunity has arisen with a leading Legal 500 law firm based in the West Midlands, renowned for its expertise across the full spectrum of commercial disputes. The firm is seeking a dynamic and driven Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their accomplished team. The work is varied, challenging and frequently involves High Court litigation, covering areas such as contract disputes, corporate disputes, insolvency matters, insurance disputes, professional negligence, and procurement challenges.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with partners on complex, high-value matters
Run your own caseload with real autonomy
Engage directly with clients, opponents, and counsel
See cases through to trial

Requirements:

Strong experience in High Court litigation is essential
Comfortable running cases independently and supporting on larger matters
Excellent client-facing skills
A team player, keen to work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels
If more senior, a complementary specialism or a small client following would be warmly welcomed
