Commercial Litigation Solicitor

• Manage and advise on high-value, complex commercial disputes across various courts and tribunals
• Handle cases before the High Court and Court of Appeal, including arbitration, mediation, and judicial reviews
• Work with clients on multi-jurisdictional disputes, often involving international elements
• Develop legal strategies that align with clients' wider commercial objectives
• Assist with class actions, often involving innovative funding models such as CFAs and ATE insurance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers, providing strategic advice and support

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial litigation, ideally within a reputable practice
• Proven track record in handling complex, high-value disputes, including multi-jurisdictional cases
• Strong knowledge of the procedures before the High Court and Court of Appeal
• Excellent legal analysis and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a team

Experience with alternative funding models such as CFAs and ATE insurance is desirable
