Commercially astute with a focus on delivering practical and cost-effective solutions

Job Responsibility

Manage a diverse caseload of contentious matters, including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, professional negligence claims, insolvency litigation, and debt recovery
Advise on and participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes, such as mediations and arbitrations, to resolve disputes efficiently
Represent clients in court proceedings, preparing cases for trial and drafting pleadings
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing commercially focused and pragmatic solutions
Demonstrate a collaborative approach, working well both independently and as part of a team
