Job Responsibility:

Handling a broad spectrum of commercial disputes
Providing strategic advice
Representing clients in courts and arbitrations
Managing a varied caseload including contract disputes, shareholder disagreements, professional negligence claims

Working closely with senior solicitors and partners

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years PQE in commercial litigation
Demonstrable experience in managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervision

Excellent client care skills with a commitment to providing high-quality legal advice
Proven track record of business development and maintaining client relationships
