Job Responsibility:

Deliver exceptional legal services to a diverse client base
Handle a broad spectrum of commercial disputes
Provide strategic advice and represent clients in both courts and arbitrations
Manage varied caseload, including contract disputes, shareholder disagreements, and professional negligence claims
Work closely with senior solicitors and partners

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years PQE in commercial litigation
Demonstrable experience in managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervision
Strong analytical skills and the ability to construct persuasive arguments
Excellent client care skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality legal advice
Proven track record of business development and maintaining client relationships
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
