Job Description:

A leading, forward-thinking law firm in Birmingham is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team. With a strong emphasis on innovation, collaboration and delivering exceptional client service, this firm offers a dynamic environment for ambitious legal professionals looking to take the next step in their career.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a wide variety of complex litigation matters including contractual disputes and claims made under personal guarantees
Shareholder, partnership, and company disputes
Professional negligence claims
High-value personal disputes
Insolvency litigation, including setting aside statutory demands, winding-up petitions, and claims involving insolvency practitioners

Requirements:

3+ years' PQE in commercial litigation
Strong technical expertise and confident case management skills
Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to business development
A commercial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience from a commercial litigation-focused environment
