Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with an-established boutique litigation firm in Miami who is seeking a Commercial Litigation Paralegal with 4+ years experience to join growing team. Law firm is known for its collaborative culture, high-level legal work, and commitment to long-term career development.

Job Responsibility:

Draft and manage pleadings, discovery demands, subpoenas for commercial litigation cases in State and Federal Courts
Oversee case discovery and document production
Handle document review, redactions, indexing, and trial exhibit preparation
Support deposition and trial preparation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate
Minimum 4 years of litigation experience in Florida State and Federal Courts
Strong organizational and communication skills
Florida E-Portal filing, PACER/NextGen/CM-ECF filing in District Courts and additional court related websites, such as Courtmap, CMS, and JAWS
