Job Responsibility

Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of legal documents
Establish effective communication channels with clients, advisors, opposing counsel, and other involved parties

Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited program
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with a focus on class actions and/or commercial litigation
Strong understanding of legal terminology, litigation procedures, and discovery processes

Job Responsibility

Assist attorneys in managing class action and commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution
Draft and review legal documents including complaints, motions, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements
Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, regulations, and other relevant legal resources
Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and other documents related to litigation
Manage document production, including reviewing, organizing, and Bates-stamping large volumes of discovery
Coordinate with clients, experts, and other third parties to gather necessary documents and information
Assist in the preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials, including creating exhibit lists and trial notebooks
Monitor case deadlines and ensure that filings and other legal requirements are met on time
Prepare and file court documents via electronic filing systems and ensure compliance with local rules
Assist attorneys in the preparation of class certification motions, motions to dismiss, and dispositive motions
