Commercial Litigation Paralegal

• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in all phases of commercial litigation, including case intake, research, discovery, motion drafting, and trial preparation
• Draft and review pleadings, briefs, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Conduct legal and factual research relevant to commercial disputes
• Manage eDiscovery processes, organize documents, and oversee production
• Track deadlines, maintain case calendars, and ensure adherence to court procedures
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel
• Assist with deposition and hearing preparation, and support attorneys during trial

• Proven experience as a paralegal in commercial litigation
• Proficiency in eDiscovery platforms and legal research tools
• Strong understanding of court rules, procedures, and compliance requirements
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Critical thinking, adaptability, and strong communication abilities
• Associate’s degree or paralegal certificate required
• bachelor’s degree preferred
