Job Description

An excellent opportunity for a professional and motivated Legal Secretary to join a dynamic Commercial Litigation team based in central Leeds. The role involves providing secretarial and administrative support, preparing documents, managing diaries, and handling client communication.

Job Responsibility

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the Commercial Litigation department
  • Preparing correspondence and legal documents, including bundles, reports, and forms
  • Extensive use of e-bundling software and digital case management systems
  • Diary management, arranging meetings, and organising travel where necessary
  • Handling telephone and email communications with clients and third parties
  • Ensuring all filing is accurate and up-to-date, both digital and hard copy

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary within a Commercial Litigation team is essential
  • E-bundling experience is also essential
  • Excellent typing and document formatting skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
