Job Description:

A reputable, regional firm with an office in Downtown Seattle is looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to join their practice. In this role you will be supporting an impressive group of litigators.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting multiple shareholders in the commercial litigation group
  • Open and close matters, conflict checks
  • E-filing
  • Scheduling and calendaring
  • Preparing and finalizing documents

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a legal assistant, with a strong focus on litigation support
  • Skilled in legal case management software
  • Expertise in organizing and maintaining electronic and physical case files, including document production and e-filing
  • Ability to manage complex calendars, schedule depositions, hearings, and other court deadlines, and ensure timely filing of documents
