Job Description:

Are you a litigation attorney who enjoys tackling complex business disputes and cutting through challenging entertainment related issues? Our client, a well-regarded full-service business law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Los Angeles office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle a mix of business and entertainment litigation
  • Draft law & motion
  • Discovery
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Handle appearances
  • Trial preparation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience as a licensed California Attorney, with some of that experience in commercial litigation
  • Juris Doctor from a Top 155 law school
