4+ years of experience as a litigation attorney, having the experience of owning a case from inception through trial with little to no oversight
Experience with complex and or commercial litigation in Alaska or Washington
Experience handing cases in federal court
Motions practice, taking and defending depositions, arbitrations and trial
Strong legal research and writing skills
Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials
Active bar license in Washington and Alaska (or eligible to obtain Alaska license)
