active license to practice law in Missouri
minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, including discovery and motion practice
proficiency in legal research, writing, and analytical reasoning

demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently

Job Responsibility

Oversee commercial litigation cases from initial filing through resolution, ensuring thorough case management

handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting requests, responding to discovery demands, and conducting depositions
represent clients effectively in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings
collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic approaches to complex litigation matters

advocate for clients in court by preparing and arguing motions
