A highly respected boutique litigation firm in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic and accomplished team. This firm is known for handling complex, high‑stakes disputes and delivering strategic, aggressive, and innovative solutions for a select roster of corporate, institutional, and individual clients.

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed attorney with active bar membership
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation
  • Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documentation
  • Expertise in discovery processes, including depositions and document reviews
  • Proven ability to manage complex litigation cases effectively
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration
