Job Description:

Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join its broad and expanding Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Las Vegas. Our Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution group represents a wide range of local, national and international clients in all types of complex litigation and regularly appears in local, state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial team environment of a national law firm.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience, either through a law firm or clerkship
  • Excellent writing skills

  • Strong academic credentials
  • Active bar license in Nevada, or the ability to waive in
