Job Description:

A well-established, full-service law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing Princeton, New Jersey office. This role offers hands-on litigation experience and the opportunity to work closely with seasoned attorneys on a broad range of complex business disputes. The position involves representing clients in commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, professional liability, premises liability, products liability, and construction-related claims. Associates will be actively involved in all stages of litigation and expected to take ownership of matters as experience permits. Job Responsibility:

Manage cases through all phases of litigation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania state and federal courts
Conduct factual investigations and handle written discovery
Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and other substantive filings
Take and defend depositions and assist with trial preparation
Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategy

Requirements:

4–6 years of commercial litigation experience
Strong academic background
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Courtroom and deposition experience strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-paced environment
Prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus
Active bar admission in New Jersey and Pennsylvania required
