Job Responsibility:
Work on sophisticated commercial litigation matters
Develop strong litigation skills while working closely with experienced trial attorneys
Requirements:
3+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience
Experience with pleadings, motions, discovery, and case strategy
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
California Bar admission in good standing
Possess a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in business litigation
Hold an active California Bar license in good standing
Demonstrate proficiency in drafting motions, conducting depositions, and briefing complex cases
Exhibit strong skills in civil litigation, including discovery and case management
Show an ability to handle high-intensity, low-volume cases with precision and focus
Display excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively within the firm
Maintain a commitment to detail-oriented growth and staying updated on relevant legal developments
Must be local to California
