Job Description:

A well - regarded and expanding Vancouver litigation boutique is seeking a talented senior commercial litigation lawyer to join their growing team. Known historically for their expertise within ICBC defense this firm has nimbly diversified their practice into multiple areas of litigation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Stepping into a busy litigation practice
  • Work will involve a wide range of general commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to shareholder and partnership disputes, construction disputes, professional and occupier's liability, real estate disputes, and more
  • Thrive autonomously and in collaboration with other members of the team

Requirements:

  • Be called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
  • 4+ years of post call experience with litigation

Nice to have:

Focused commercial litigation experience
