Job Description

Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a highly qualified attorney to join its Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in the firm’s recently opened San Francisco office. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial environment of a national law firm.

Job Responsibility

  • Represent a wide range of local, national and international clients in all types of complex litigation
  • Represent clients in local, state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of litigation experience
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Active bar license in California

Nice to have

Experience in commercial, consumer class action, e-commerce, and/or product liability litigation
