Job Description:

Are you a talented analyst with a GI pricing, data science or statistical modelling background, looking to grow your career within commercial lines casualty pricing? Then this is an exciting opportunity to join a major global insurer where you will help to shape the overall portfolio strategy, collaborating closely with underwriters, while developing actuarial pricing tools. Taking the lead on case pricing, you will deliver bespoke actuarial technical pricing and performance analysis across P&C, Motor, Energy, and Specialties lines, helping to set robust yet competitive prices.

Job Responsibility:

Help to shape the overall portfolio strategy
collaborate closely with underwriters
develop actuarial pricing tools
take the lead on case pricing
deliver bespoke actuarial technical pricing and performance analysis across P&C, Motor, Energy, and Specialties lines
help to set robust yet competitive prices

Requirements:

Degree qualified
ideally with experience in General Insurance
strong technical and analytical skills in actuarial pricing, data science, or statistical modelling
proficiency in analytical tools (such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, Power BI, VBA)

Nice to have:

Technical pricing experience
