Job Responsibility:
Manage mid to large commercial accounts, primarily construction, retail buildings, bonds, etc.
Provide end-to-end client service from policy placement to sign-off, ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism and accuracy
Coordinate with TSRs and other team members to prepare summaries and certificates, signing off on the final documents
Handle client inquiries, policy updates, and endorsements with efficiency
Cross-sell additional coverages such as umbrella policies when appropriate
Maintain detailed and organized client files, ensuring compliance with company standards
Collaborate with the team and report to the interim commercial manager to meet departmental goals
Requirements:
Minimum of five years’ experience working with mid-sized to large commercial insurance accounts
RIBO license is mandatory
Ability to perform a comprehensive 360-degree client service role independently
Strong professionalism and confidence in signing authority
Experience with Epic software is ideal
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to work in office on a full-time basis
