Job Responsibility:
Manage and service a commercial lines book of business (small-to-mid market accounts)
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support renewals, policy changes, and ongoing account needs
Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
Maintain accurate documentation and account records
Work closely with producers and service teams to support client needs
Stay organized and manage multiple accounts and priorities
Identify cross-sell and new business opportunities when appropriate
Continue developing knowledge of insurance products and client strategies
Requirements:
Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Strong communication skills
Insurance experience or exposure to commercial lines
Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
