Requirements

2+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing, with experience handling a broad range of property transactions
Strong understanding of property law, leaseholds, and complex title issues
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
Client-focused approach, ensuring exceptional service and clear communication
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively
Proficiency with case management systems (experience with ProClaim or Redbrick is a plus)
Experience with investor purchases, buy-to-let portfolios, and separately represented lenders is desirable
