Our Legal team is a key business partner, working closely with internal stakeholders, clients and service providers across the organization. We operate in a global B2B and B2C environment and support commercial activity across multiple jurisdictions. We provide legal advice that is business-oriented, practical and risk-aware, with a strong focus on enabling the business while maintaining appropriate compliance standards.
Job Responsibility:
Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of international commercial agreements, including agreements with vendors, technology and SaaS providers, partners, marketing and advertising, payment service providers and logistics suppliers, including carriers
Provide ongoing legal advice and support on commercial matters to internal stakeholders, working closely with teams including Marketing, Payments, Operations and Technology
Advise on and negotiate data protection and privacy clauses, including DPAs, as part of commercial and vendor agreements
Monitor and stay up to date on relevant legal and regulatory developments impacting commercial activities and support their implementation in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Support contract management and contribute to the development and improvement of legal operations and processes, including templates, playbooks, internal approval workflows and legal systems
Requirements:
Qualified attorney in Israel with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience, either as in-house counsel at a technology or e-commerce company or at a leading law firm
Strong experience in international commercial law, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements
Strong drafting, negotiation and risk assessment skills, with a practical and solution-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams, with strong organizational and prioritization skills, sound judgment and a practical, solution-oriented approach to legal issues
