Job Description

A well-established and growing commercial real estate organization is seeking a Commercial Leasing Manager to support its leasing and property management operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with lease documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accuracy throughout the leasing lifecycle. The Commercial Leasing Manager will play a key role in managing lease administration processes, maintaining accurate lease records, and supporting leasing activities across a portfolio of commercial properties.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare, review, and process commercial lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate lease records and tenant information within the company’s property management system
  • Track critical lease dates including expirations, renewals, rent escalations, and options
  • Coordinate with leasing agents, property managers, and legal teams to ensure lease documents are executed accurately and on time
  • Assist with tenant onboarding and ensure all required documentation is completed prior to occupancy
  • Monitor rent schedules, common area maintenance (CAM) charges, and other lease-related financial terms
  • Support the preparation of leasing reports and portfolio summaries for management
  • Maintain organized digital and physical lease files
  • Assist with special projects and administrative support for the leasing team as needed

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, lease administration, or property management support
  • Management/supervisory experience required
  • Strong understanding of commercial lease structures and terminology preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Nice to have

Experience with property management or lease administration software (Yardi, MRI, or similar)
