Job Description:

Commercial leasing agent is responsible for the leasing of commercial properties. You will be managing client relationships, assist the marketing team in advertising available properties, conduct property showings, negotiate lease terms, and prepare leasing proposals. It also involves formally preparing and presenting services to new and existing clients, maintaining good working relationships with clients and business partners, and collaborating with the commercial and marketing team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to inquiries to generate leads.
  • Research and identify leasing opportunities through cold calling, networking, ad campaigns, and targeted outreach.
  • Formally prepare and present services to new and existing clients.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Collaborate with the commercial and marketing teams to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Follow up on new business opportunities and schedule meetings to discuss potential partnerships.
  • Write reports and prepare sales forecasting documents to track performance.
  • Track and record activities on accounts, assisting in closing deals to meet targets.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of current market and industry conditions to inform strategy.
  • Attend industry functions, including trade shows, events, and conferences, to network and promote services.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in sales, business development or communications
  • Business or related degree from an accredited University or Diploma from an accredited college
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related software
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills / Outgoing Personality / Enjoy interacting with people.
  • Self-Motivated / Work Independently / Organized - Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to build rapport easily and to be professional in all settings
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively one-on-one and within a group
  • Valid driver’s license
