Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Landscaping Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping services, project management, and customer relations. The Landscaping Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing landscaping projects, snow removal process, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Responsible for any snow and/or maintenance renewals as well any budgets needed by customer
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and personalized service, ensuring continued client retention
  • Knowledge of landscape maintenance, enhancement/construction and snow removal operations is mandatory
  • Identify solutions to expand services and offer opportunities to landscape and snow removal clients
  • Address and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner related to landscape and snow removal operations
  • Coordinate and manage landscaping projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client specifications are met
  • Work closely with assigned Production Manager and the operations team to schedule crews and allocate resources efficiently
  • Partner with Production, Enhancement, and Irrigation Manager to provide clear communication of operational planning and execution to Director of Operations
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress and quality of ongoing projects and weekly maintenance
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to sales growth by generating proposals and bids for enhancement projects
  • Prepare and present detailed enhancement proposals to prospective clients
  • Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability
  • Work closely with Enhancement Manager and crews to ensure projects execution from commencement to completion
  • Clearly communicate to senior management on account status, project progress, and financial performance
  • Approve invoices and ensure timely billing for services rendered
  • Work closely with internal teams
  • maintenance crews, enhancement crews and irrigation department to ensure that client needs are met
  • Ensure all services related to landscape and snow removal, meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations
  • Conduct regular quality control checks and resolve any issues promptly
  • Adherence to current administrative policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in landscaping management or a related field preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Proven track record of managing client accounts and successful project delivery
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping services, including design, maintenance, irrigation, and horticulture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and teams
  • Proficient in project management and budgeting
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with landscaping software (e.g., Aspire, Salesforce, Netsuite or similar tools) is a plus
  • Goal oriented, strong collaborative mindset
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Ability to perform site visits, including walking on uneven terrain and inspecting landscaping projects
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
