Job Description

Indiana Farmers is currently looking for Commercial Insurance Service Specialists (Partner Advocates) to join our brand-new Partner Services Team! This position has the opportunity to work a hybrid or remote schedule. The right candidate will have broad knowledge of commercial insurance operations and excellent communication skills in order to provide responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful assistance to commercial members / customers. The Partner Advocate handles inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring each interaction reflects the company’s commitment to delivering a positive and professional member experience for our business customers. The Partner Advocate plays a critical role in helping us achieve our vision, by helping every member feel confident and supported throughout their insurance experience.

Requirements

  • Commercial Insurance experience
